Flight Delays are Fun with the Snuggie

without comments

There’s nothing that can match the joy of flight delays…except for waiting for your flight while wrapped in your Snuggie. Just look at the sheer fleecy joy on this young lady’s face in this Snuggie Sighting candid from the airport.

Shouldn't all blankets on planes be Snuggies?

Custom Snuggie Sightings at the Airport

without comments

Gary sent in these pics from a recent trip. These are the first Custom Snuggie Sightings I’ve received – both are the Support Our Troops pre-printed option available from CustomSnuggies.com.

Custom Snuggie at the airport. No wonder this guy is smiling.

There are many options beyond just this ‘Support Our Troops’ one. Be sure to check out the Funny Snuggies under the Pre-Printed Option.
Another Custom Snuggie at the airport...and for those of you searching on whether it is ok to wear a Snuggie on an airplane, the answer is 'Absolutely!' The TSA will probably let you also slide straight through the security checkpoints if you are wearing a Snuggie. So not only does the Snuggie save on your heating bill, it also saves valuable time at the airport.

Snuggie Sighting at the Airport

without comments

Here is Alex, with a Snuggie wearer in the background, parting company with his warm non-fleeced friends.

This appears to be Alex's first Snuggie Sighting, based on her expression. Either that, or she's wicked proud of her braces.

This photo makes me wonder what it must be like to make it through security at an airport while wearing a Snuggie.
Hold your head high, Snuggie Traveler. Listen to the sounds of joy and guffaws you have bestowed on your fellow travelers. Have pity on those less fortunate, for they are not currently fleeced.

The next time you are on a flight, request a Snuggie instead of a plain-old blanket. The day will come when Snuggies are the norm on all flights.
