Faint ‘mexi-mustache’ duly noted…and it is called a ‘Snuggie’, not a ‘Sunngie’.

Nashville is not only Music City, but quickly becoming Snuggie City as well. Case in point, ‘Tony Weeks and the Tony Weeks Band featuring Tony Weeks ‘ …

Best. Band. Name. Ever…

…but is Tony Weeks in the band? Why yes he is! Wearing the Snuggie almost warrants a fourth mention of his name in the official band name.

Here is a cell phone pic from the crowd during the Tony Weeks³ Band, who played at fooBAR in Nashville on Feb. 17, 2009. In the photo are Perry English (on the left, wearing the Maroon/Red Snuggie) and Tony Weeks³…you know…from the ‘Tony Weeks and the Tony Weeks Band featuring Tony Weeks’ (on the right wearing the Blue Snuggie).

We have our first Air Guitar Hero. Her name is Samantha, and her chops are so good, she plays Lefty Flip…just like Jimi Hendrix. It’s hard to determine from her hand positions whether she is playing “Snuggie Haze” or “The Wind Cries Snuggie”.

Also just like Hendrix is her propensity to set her air guitar on fire after her performances. Poof! Air guitar gone.
