Snuggie for Two

Update: 2/11/2010 - It appears HSN has sold out of the Double Snuggie. It looks like you can get them at the Amazon Snuggie Store.

I monitor all things Snuggie via Google alerts and suddenly everyone is writing about a Couples Snuggie. Not to be confused with the Siamese Slanket. I am trying to get info on where this Double Snuggie is available.

File this under a False-Positive Snuggie Sighting. From where I'm from, this is called a Wedgie, not a Snuggie. There is nothing warm and cozy about this video and leaves small children crying.

This is one of the stranger Snuggie videos you'll find. A fine piece of acting as this man struggles to escape his Zebra Snuggie. I think he is confusing it with a blanket, which keeps your arms trapped inside.

I thought I was so brilliant. I was going to do a Snuggies on the Ground song to spoof the American Idol 'Pants on the Ground'. Someone beat me to it 3 days ago. Props to you, dude dancing in the shadows (proper lighting in a video, as well as moving a little is so overrated).

Perhaps that's not the President after all, but simply a cardboard cut-out. Regardless, the remote control laying on the empty sleeve is a nice touch. I guess he's going to change to a channel we can believe in.

I saw a search asking 'How Many Snuggies Come in the Box' - the answer is 1, not 2. I hear that a Snuggie for Two is on the way, not to be confused with the Siamese Slanket. Pictured above is one fan's interpretation of what a Snuggie for Two could look like, although they are sharing the old-school original Snug.

Joel Madden (or someone accused of being Joel Madden at least on Twitter - it appears this may be producer Matt Squire who was tweeting to Joel. I'm so confused...not that I'm ultra-intelligent - I blog about Snuggies after all) from Good Charlotte enjoys the free range of motion provided his arms, thanks to his Snuggie.

I can only assume that Good Charlotte's forthcoming fifth album, Cardiology, is going to be a huge hit. Draping yourself in a Snuggie while 'working on bridges' is bound to bring good luck. So go on and get your dreams. Stay Snug!

The Lakers recovered the next day, defeating the Dallas Mavericks. It must be noted that the Mavericks mascot did not wear a Snuggie.

Say goodbye to 2009, the Year of the Snuggie, and say howdy to the Decade of the Snuggie. It's time to update those employee handbooks, welcoming the ever-present blanket with sleeves into the company dress code.
