Complimentary Booklight Hacks

Tony and Tony have been sequestered by Homeland Security after they figured out a way to mod their Snuggie Complimentary Booklights. Either that, or at least one of these Tony's has mad Photoshop Skillz (Lens Flare, anyone?).

The two Tony's send Light Signals to the International Space Station with their Complimentary Booklights. E.T. phoned home and he wants a Snuggie!

"What, Tony?"

Tony 1
"Let's Arc-Weld a Big Pipe extruding out of our wall with our hacked Complimentary Booklights."

Tony 2
"Good plan, Tony. Let's block a doorway with said pipe."

Tony 1
"Agreed. Said pipe will compliment our fridge magnet collection."

Snuggie Lady Jane DeNoble Shares the Warmth

Pictured here is Jane DeNoble, the actress from the Snuggie commercial. We recently posted Meet the Snuggie Lady...Jane DeNoble, which you'll want to be sure to check out.

Here is Jane with her friend Tonya, who is holding the booklight while luxuriating in the Snuggie (the ultimate Christmas gift for the woman who has everything). Notice how those other boring presents at their feet go totally ignored. Take that, Rival Crockpot!

In further Jane DeNoble philanthropy news, Jane reminds us all that there's more to life than escaping the clutches of restrictive blankets. Exhibit A: Jane recently lent her Snuggie celebrity to a good cause - supporting a Community Outreach Club's ongoing fund raiser to support Lisa's Heart Kids Cancer Research Fund.

Where are They Now? Jamie (a.k.a. Snuggie Bathroom Girl) Edition

[Photo not recovered: The Photo that Started it All]
Whether the paper is threaded over the roll, or under, the Snuggie comes through every time.

We last left Jamie in the bathroom. She has long since finished the paperwork, and you cannot 'wipe' the smile off her face. The Snuggie fame she has had from being the first Snuggie Toilet Jockey has been thunderous.

Jamie's cat and dog (pictured hovering over her left shoulder) get along swimmingly whenever she wears her Snuggie. And if her fan mail onslaught continues, she will have to upgrade from her AOL dial-up account to handle the load. "I'm just so glad to be done with that old Afghan".

Wearing a Snuggie Gives You Jazz Hands.

Fox and Friends recently ran a piece on the Snuggie. Here is a link to their Snuggy Parody. Below are screen captures from their parody, with some creative liberties with the captions.

Light Your Home with the Complimentary Booklight

Doh! There's a deep recession going on, with no end in sight. But there is a light gleaming as a bastion of hope at the end of the tunnel. Said light which gleams is the Snuggie Complimentary Booklight.

The Snuggie commercial so eloquently reminds us that wearing the Snuggie helps lower your heating bills. What goes unmentioned is that you can lower your electric bill by illuminating your home with the Complimentary Booklight. Travis has found that he can light a 400 square foot room with a single booklight. Travis is a textbook example of the 21st Century Snuggie Survivalist. He has everything he needs: Snuggie, Water, Shelter, and Booklight.

Deejay and Janelle cozy up to a good book in their Snuggies. Their complimentary booklight make the words pop off the page. "Syphilis a synopsis" is a real page-turner even without the complimentary booklight. Not to give away the book's ending, but it doesn't end well.

Snuggie Banjo

Sarah and Brittany\'s First Snuggie Banjo Gig - Snuggie Deliverance

It was a festive time at the Park Ridge Cul-de-Sac as Sarah and Brittany, a.k.a. "Snuggie Deliverance", entertained the neighbors and a handful of Fed-Ex and UPS drivers delivering last minute gift packages on Christmas Eve. This girl group chose to stick with a Snuggie theme, highlighting only a handful of the cornucopa of benefits befitting the Snuggie. Their three song set included:

Song 1: "Pyromania" by Def Leppard
Song 2: "Greensleeves" (originally entitled "A New Northern Dittye of the Lady Greene Sleeves" - circa 1580) (Editor's Note: This was an especially bold choice, considering they wore Blue Snuggies).
Song 3: "It's Getting Hot in Herre" by Nelly

Sarah strummed her Banjo while Brittany provided interpretive dance. The set was such a success that several concert-goers waved their complimentary booklights overhead.

Ethel Bumbridge, who lives across the street and previously had not left her home since Reagan's first term, joined the crowd as the final notes were played. Faintly over the hushed gathering, with tears in her eyes, she exclaimed, "You can't do that in a blanket...God bless us. Everyone."

Someone had a Very Merry Christmas

We wish you a Snuggie Christmas.

Someone had a Very Merry Christmas...and her name is Nicole. She's got her Snuggie, her Snuggie friends, and their nails match their Snuggies. Don't think we wouldn't notice the extra effort. It was also brilliant to not use Red Eye reduction so that even your eyes would match 2 out of 3 of the Snuggies in this picture.
So Nicole, is the small box in your hand the complimentary booklight?
