So, I ran across this lovely Snuggie hit piece by John Keller from WBZ. This aired on January 28, 2009. He shows a quick shot of SnuggieSightings.com and our very own Bridget at 1:35 in the video, but he doesn’t mention the site. What’s up with that? He mentions the Snuggie Drinking Game, but sums it up with “Don’t Ask”.

Note to John Keller: If USA Today can mention SnuggieSightings.com (which their article ran the day before your news report. Gee, I wonder where you got your source material for this piece? I’m smelling a News Emmy, John), surely you can say these words. Repeat after me: ‘SNUGGIE SIGHTINGS DOT COM’ (then again, he did not attribute USA Today either…moving on…)

Apparently the Snuggie does not come with a User’s Guide. We have a young lady trying on the Snuggie, and she puts it on backwards. She obviously thought this was just a bathrobe…you know, a backwards Snuggie (bathrobes are getting that rap nowadays). So she puts the Snuggie on backwards and no one stops her. You have to watch the video to find out if the Snuggie is safe to be worn backwards, but only her dogs tried to warn her against it.
